When the dog's owner refused to take financial responsibility, I called the Rooney Law Firm, and I made an appointment with Randal Hutson, that was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Randal took the stress out of dealing with the insurance company, so I could concentrate on healing. He was so kind to me and always had my best interest in mind.
